Andrew began practicing law at a renowned law firm in Orange County after graduating with honors from the George Washington University School of Law. After honing his litigation skills for five years, Andrew left the law firm to become in-house employment counsel for a publicly-traded company. Over the next nine years, Andrew handled literally hundreds of employment law cases, revamped the company’s HR policies and handbooks, and gave legal compliance training to HR and management personnel.

In 2015, Andrew decided to put his legal skills to work for employees.
